BCCG Expands Data Sources for FIS Front Arena

The BCCG Group has developed a solution to expand the data sources for the FIS Front Arena trading platform. The goal was to provide traders, portfolio managers, and risk analysts with access to a broader range of data sources.

The Challenge

Two Swiss BCCG clients requested an expansion of the available data sources in Front Arena beyond Bloomberg and LSEG. Specifically, ICE, Tradition, and TP ICAP were to be integrated as new data sources. Furthermore, features such as failover between multiple sources, real-time switching between data providers, and compliance with permission rules were to be implemented.

The Solution

The BCCG ONE Platform enables access to multiple data providers and can retrieve data from various sources such as LSEG, Bloomberg, FactSet, ICE, QuantHouse, Tradition, TP ICAP/Parameta, Digital Vega, and 360T. The platform offers a neutral and flexible solution for integrating and managing data sources.

The Approach

BCCG developed a universal adapter for the ONE Platform and Front Arena, enabling the integration of any data source and ensuring permission protection features. This adapter has already been successfully deployed in production and has met all business requirements.
